This policy outlines the conditions under which Taski Opinion Reward Converter user accounts may be deleted. Taski Opinion Reward Converter respects your privacy and provides you with control over your data.
Accounts without any Purchases
- Accounts without any purchases will be immediately deleted upon a deletion request is created and approved. Once request is created, approval may take a max of 7 days.
- Unverified (without email verification) accounts without any purchases will be automatically deleted after 30 days.
Accounts with Purchases
- Accounts with pending purchases cannot be deleted immediately. To proceed with account deletion, users must first withdraw their tokens. Once the token withdrawal is completed, users can then request account deletion. Please note that the deletion request will only be processed after the withdrawal is finalized.
- Accounts that have made purchases (with no pending transactions) are eligible to request deletion. However, please note that the deletion process will only commence once the last purchase is at least 120 days old. This waiting period helps us prevent fraudulent activity. This data deletion will be processed after the relevant waiting period (120 days for purchases) has passed.
By following these guidelines, we ensure a fair and secure user deletion process while maintaining the integrity of our platform.
